Registration Process

Get in touch with your child's name, age and your childcare requirements to see if there's space available - contact me here;

If there's space, we will meet up so you can get to know me a little, see my home and possibly meet some other children in my care - I'll provide you with some details of my service. At this stage, I will give you a pack of paperwork to complete and a deposit will be due to secure the space - the space is still open and available to anyone until that deposit is paid. More info is available below. 

If you're happy to proceed, we will arrange some settling in sessions - usually 2 for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers (non-nursery attendees) and 1 for nursery and school goers but we can arrange additional sessions;

The deposit will be 2 weeks standard fees based on your requirements. This will be deducted off your final invoice when your child leaves my care. If you do not use the space, cancel or give notice within the first 4 weeks - this deposit is non-refundable. This is to cover the possibility that by reserving your space, I may have prevented another family using it. We will then organise your first invoice to be paid in time for your child to join us fully.


If I need to keep a space empty for a period of time before you are ready to use it, you will be charged a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of contracted fees to cover the space whilst remaining empty ready for your child. Generally this applies to all families who book a space more than a month before it will be used.
